Here rests every possible image of this grid and these colors. Every face you have not yet met, those already gone, and those no one will ever see. None was added here, none was painted — they simply are, always and forever. You can only happen upon them.
When you upload a photo in “Search,” nothing is created: it was already here, waiting on its shelf before you ever took it. We merely point you to which gallery, which wall and page it rests on. Almost every other card is silence and noise; an image that means something is infinitely rare among them — and all the more wondrous for existing at all.
